We ship inside the United States only: all 50 states, plus U.S. territories. No international orders at this time.
Processing your order
Our warehouse team works Monday–Friday. The cutoff is 2:00 PM Mountain Time.
- Orders in before 2:00 PM MT → begin processing same business day.
- Orders after 2:00 PM MT, or on weekends/holidays → start on the next business day.
From there, it takes 1–2 business days to pick, pack, and hand your package to the carrier. If we’re ever running behind, we’ll post a note on the website — no surprises.
Transit time
Once in the carrier’s hands, delivery typically takes:
- 3–5 business days to the contiguous 48 states
- 5–8 business days to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories
Carrier selection
We use reliable national carriers — USPS, FedEx, or UPS — chosen based on your location and package size. Your tracking confirmation will name the specific carrier.
Tracking
You’ll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your shipping label is created. Use that link to follow your package in real time.
Cost
Free on every order. No minimums, no membership requirements.
Problems in transit
If a package gets lost, damaged, or flagged as undeliverable, contact us at info@thursdaybootsshop.us. We’ll deal with the carrier directly so you don’t have to. One thing: please double‑check your address at checkout. We can’t be responsible for packages sent to an outdated or mistyped address you provided.
