Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your boots. If you’re not, the return process is straightforward and free.

1. Return window
You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to initiate a return.

2. Condition requirements
To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn (indoor try‑on on clean surfaces is perfectly fine)
  • In the original packaging with all tags and inserts
  • Free of scuffs, marks, or alterations

Items that show signs of outdoor wear, are missing packaging, or were damaged after delivery cannot be accepted as returns. If you received a defective item or the wrong product entirely, please contact us right away — we’ll take care of it at no cost to you.

3. Return shipping
Totally free. We’ll email you a prepaid return label. No restocking fees, no hidden deductions.

4. How to start

  • Send an email to info@thursdaybootsshop.us with your order number and which item(s) you’re returning.
  • We’ll reply with a prepaid label and drop‑off instructions.
  • Pack everything securely in the original box, attach the label, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Please don’t send anything back without contacting us first — it delays your refund.

6. Refund timeline
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we process the refund within 1–2 business days. The money goes back to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 7–10 business days to post the credit. We’ll send you an email the moment the refund is initiated.

7. Exchanges
We don’t process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different size or style is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
